We are currently hiring Mobile Auto Detailing Technicians in a rapidly growing local company.

Currently looking for multiple people to service the Oregon City Region.

There is also plenty of room for promotion and advancement opportunities as we expand our service areas!

You’ll ride around in either your car or your team members’ car (there’s mileage reimbursement) and focus on two high quality detail appointments per day at customers homes and offices.

Pay is on a percentage-per-car basis, so you’re motivated to produce efficient and quality work, while having the opportunity to get off early some days for a full-days pay.

Technicians are averaging $500-600 per week plus excellent tips!

Position Description: Detailing Technician

As a Detailing Technician, you’ll be on the frontline of the Brian’s Detailing organization.

Your mission will be to clean, recondition, enhance, and protect a variety of types of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs, boats, RVs, and potentially more).

As we are growing into a statewide company, there will be lots of opportunities for promotion into management and leadership positions.

Technicians are averaging $500-600 per week plus tips!

This is a unique position in that you’re paid per car, so some days you’ll finish early and get to go home and still make more than you would at other jobs.

Qualifications
Ability to stand, squat, bend, and move around for extended periods of time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to pass a background check.
Ability to work flexible hours and in outdoor weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Characteristics of a Great Detailer
You like things to be organized and in their proper place.
You have the willingness to develop and sharpen a critical eye for the smallest details.
You have patience, and are willing to try multiple approaches and tools on the same problem to achieve the desired result.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Understand the different chemicals used for cleaning, enhancing, and protecting a variety of interior and exterior surfaces.
Develop and refine knowledge of the most appropriate tools to use in different situations (finessing the moment).
Follow company detail procedures in the proper sequence with consistency.
Perform initial walkthrough with customer on each vehicle and/or address any concerns and set proper expectations upfront before work begins.

Identify opportunities for additional services that will benefit the customer and present those solutions asking if they’d like to purchase.

Discuss additional charges upfront and confirm with the customer.
Take proper before and after photos of each job, and provide the customer with a digital or printed receipt once payment is complete.
Maintain company tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition and keep them organized and in their proper place.
Provide excellent service to customers according to company standards.
Quality check work after completing the vehicle and before doing a final walk-through with the customer.
Training & Development
Full on-the-job training will be provided on all aspects of detailing that are relevant to the position and company needs.
Compensation
Compensation is paid per vehicle completed by the technician.
