We think you should.This is a part time position working 20-25 hours per week.In this role, you will…Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in the building.Perform preventative maintenance.Handle basic repairs and maintenance.Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.Diagnose mechanical issues and take necessary steps to correct them.Repair furniture and other equipment as necessary.Assist with the moving and relocation of office furniture (may require heavy lifting).Complete weather related duties (snow and ice removal etc.).Assist in Dock deliveries and stock all supplies to the basement and proper storage areas.Run company errands as directed (HVAC parts, electrical, Plumping etc.).Perform other work related duties as assigned.We are looking for candidates with…High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, preferably in a corporate setting.Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools.Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.Experience performing routine maintenance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Why MedPro?MedPro Group’s mission is built on a century-old legacy of protecting those who protect others.
