Maintenance Utility

The Maintenance Utility is responsible for general building maintenance.

This role will maintain a clean and safe work area, operate equipment in a safe manner, and report any and all unsafe conditions.

This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities General building maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work area Lawn care/snow removal Light carpentry/painting Operate equipment in a safe manner Report any and all unsafe conditions Other duties as assigned Decision Making Responsibilities: Under direct supervision of the Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor, work is performed within standard policies and procedures with little opportunity for un-reviewed decision-making Financial Responsibilities: This position does not have any direct financial responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.
