UL requires a weekly excel logbook uploaded via internet along with photos and other documentation to support the visit which should take 30-45 minutes.
The entire process should take between 2-4 hours each week depending on your travel time to and from site.
During the initial measurement period, every other day may be necessary to provide initial baseline data for the reference equipment installed at the site.
This maintenance period will start the second month after installation and end at the start of the third month.
Occasionally, UL may request your assistance in replacing or troubleshooting equipment.
A Senior Engineer would contact you to walk you through the process.
They will support you while onsite and review data after the equipment repair.
