We are currently searching for two first shift Maintenance Technicians in York, PA for the international, sustainable crate washing company, MT Systems.
Their new facility is gearing up for a successful year and is looking for employees to grow alongside them.

Salary: $20-$32/hour based on experience
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.
To ensure the good execution of the maintenance activities in all aspects at the Bolingbrook facility to assure productivity of wash quality.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
A technician of maintenance is direct responsible for development and implementation of maintenance processes to maintain proper equipment and machinery functionality as well as cost efficiency; is responsible for the spare part control inventory to ensure equipment maintenance process.
Analyze mechanic parts required for maintenance performance, use of equipment, material, and personnel.
Work closely with maintenance personnel from other MT locations to prevent problems with machinery and equipment.
Support all current equipment and new machinery and process introductions.
Determine and eliminate root causes and diminish occurrences in the maintenance process.
Able to assist in reducing cost through Total Preventive Maintenance methodologies.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
4+ years of manufacturing experience; electric, electronic, and mechatronic
Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with PLC programming experience
AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
