Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Mechanic – Electromechanical Overnight shift This is a direct-hire opportunity which offers excellent benefits, growth potential, a competitive salary package and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities : Responsibilities:
– The Maintenance Technician will provide support to the plant primarily working with production machinery / equipment
– Troubleshoot & repair equipment and machinery within the plant as needed and with urgency
– Follow preventive maintenance schedules on all equipment
– Reconstruct equipment such as pumps, meters, valves and motors
– Provide documentation of work as required
– Ability to work in challenging environments Required Experience:
– 3 years minimum of electromechanical machinery repair experience within a production and or industrial plant environment
– Must be willing to work the overnight shift
– Strong communication skills, verbal and written
– Experience with motors, compressors, pumps, drive shafts, and basic machine repairs
– Electrical troubleshooting experience with 3 Phase Power The below experience is not required, but it’s considered a “plus”:
– PLC troubleshooting experience
– Experience within process manufacturing such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or other process manufacturing industries
– Experience with ventilation systems
– Experience with developing or following established plant PM schedules preferred IMPORTANT
