Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

The typical day starts in Baltimore and will end in Bel Air. Baltimore is the focus, so depending on work-load you may spend your whole day there. Perform Preventive Maintenance services at two buildings. Requires reliable transportation

– Preventive maintenance on equipment, change filters, grease bearings, etc.
– Flush valves, stop valves, change ballast/light bulbs
– Other related responsibilities as assigned 

You Should Have:

– High school diploma or GED preferred

– CFC preferred

– Strong building operations knowledge

– Excellent customer service skills

The Mobile Maintenance Tech will perform preventive and general maintenance at two facilities, Baltimore and Bel Air. Hours for this position are 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
