Maintenance Technician

In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included! Our core mission is to provide residents with clean, safe, well-maintained, and affordable housing at an outstanding value.We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Five Mile Creek, a 236 unit apartment community in Dallas, TX.Position Summary:The Maintenance Technician would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property.Responsibilities:* Responsible for apartment turns* General repair, appearance and maintenance of the property* Appliance repair as necessary* Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing DominiumQualifications:* 2 years of previous maintenance experience* Ability to work on-call* Ability to work evenings and weekends* Basic electrical, plumbing and/or painting experience* HVAC experience* EPA experience preferred* CPO Certified preferred* Boilers License preferred* Valid driver’s license and insuranceAbout Us: Dominium manages more than 30,000 apartments in 19 states with a staff of more than 1,200 employees.
