– 12 hour day and night shifts Available$600.00 Sign on bonus2 weeks vacation in the first yearGreat Pay$40/wk Perfect Attendance BonusReferral BonusAdvancement OpportunitiesGreat Benefit PackageCompany paid life insurance401(k) retirement plan with a company matchEducational reimbursementPaid vacations and holidaysProfit Sharing Bonus Responsibilities: Responsibilities:Installation, repair and preventive maintenance of all operating equipment, fix equipment and support equipment as assignedTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and or program issues with Molding, and all support equipmentInstall machines electrical, plumbing and interface with all other systemsCome up with solutions to issues and ways to improve machinesMIG & TIG weldingFabricating skillsPrint reading (schematics) capabilitiesUnderstanding of PLC and RS Logic to test equipment and/or make adjustmentsPerforms daily PMs and maintains the proper paperworkComplies with safety regulations and established lean manufacturing principles Works with other mechanics, engineering and manufacturing to work on continuous improvement projectsProvide general facilities maintenancePerform other duties as assignedFollow applicable food safety and cGMP policies Qualifications: Qualifications:1-2 years manufacturing maintenance experience preferredEffective written and oral communication skillsAbility to work under limited supervisionKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and welding is beneficialAdvanced technical training or applied experience with hydraulics, industrial electricity, electronics, and control systems preferredAdditional training may be required to retain position
