You will receive a one-time signing and retention bonus in the gross amount of $500.00.
It will be paid in two installments; $250 paid after 30 days and after 90 days of employment, you will be paid the remaining $250.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Full Time Community Association Maintenance Technician to join our team.
A person acting in this position must have a strong understanding of building and home maintenance coupled with attention to detail.
In order for this candidate to be successful, he/she must be highly self-motivated and directed, committed to solving problems efficiently, and interested in being part of an organization committed to continuous growth and improvement.
This is a position that must be able to interact with a diverse team and respond quickly to requests from community associations.
What you’ll do
Will be responsible for maintenance of common areas of managed community associations including building entrances, parking lot/garage areas, all elevator and lobby areas, courtyard, walkways, carts, trash rooms, and stairways
Will be responsible for preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance
Communication with Maintenance Manager, team members, members of Board of Directors, homeowners and their guests.
Familiarity with cell phones and reliable internet
Performing inspections
Performing snow removal and basic landscaping
Perform janitorial duties including cleaning curbs, trash removal, beach lockers, maintain fountains and courtyard areas
Performing customer service and quality control
Skills you’ll need
Evening and weekend availability a must
Ability to work on call in accordance to schedule
Applicants should have at least 2 years or more of experience using hand and power tools and must have an understanding of all general service trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and general maintenance skills
Applied verbal and written communications
Attention to detail
Internet access
Reasonable comfort level with computers
Reliable transportation is a must
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
Perform housekeeping and maintenance duties
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
Reach overhead and below the waist
Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
