Maintenance Technician (Downtown Boston) Urban Property Management Corp., a full-service, luxury property management company in Boston is seeking energetic and motivated additions to our team
– we offer opportunities for organized, enthusiastic service technicians who are skilled at multi-property building maintenance and hold an understanding of multi-unit building systems.

This is a permanent full-time position.

Our maintenance techs perform tasks related to building systems such as

· Carpentry

· Painting

· Plumbing

· Electrical

· HVAC

Primary Job Responsibilities include:

· Identify and report unusual or hazardous situations at properties.

· Leak investigation, identification, and repairs

· Masonry

· Plumbing

· Monitoring and maintenance of mechanical equipment

Job Requirements:

· You must own a reliable truck or van, possess a valid driver’s license, and live within 15 miles of downtown Boston.

· Previous experience working in property management/maintenance .

· A clean, professional appearance and demeanor

· Reliability and punctuality are crucial to this position

· Excellent oral and written communications skills,

· Computer skills (Apple iPad),
