Maintenance Tech

We are a property management company with properties located in Bloomington and West St. Paul Minnesota.

Our ideal team member has strong mechanical skills, is very reliable and has a proven ability to deal with people. You will apprentice at our Bloomington location, but from time to time will be asked to do maintenance as needed at our other properties. You will be challenged on a daily basis with a variety of repairs, installations and maintenance services associated with a 244 unit residential campus.

You should possess and be able to demonstrate skills related to repairs involving:

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Small dry wall repairs and painting.
• Appliance repair and installations.
• Basic carpentry and hardware repairs.

This is your opportunity to develop and build your maintenance skills while working alongside our team of seasoned maintenance technicians in a fast paced, challenging, multi-family facility. Additionally, you will be able to observe and train on Boiler, Pool, HVAC and other complex building systems associated with a multi-building campus.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer and smart phone skills required.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and own basic tools.
• MUST DEMOSTRATE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND PROCESSES USED ON THE JOB.
• Able to be on call every 5th week (for additional pay and mileage).
• Pass a full background check.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
