A sales background is a plus, but is not required.
The primary function of a Product and Service Account Representative is to visit local customer accounts in person, establish relationship, product knowledge, procedural and systems training.
Preferred Qualifications: A personable, positive, organized team player Experience in customer service relationships Basic understanding of general residential maintenance related items such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC and hardware Basic computer skills
– Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, Internet etc.
