Here, you will make an impact by:* Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic and mechanical equipment and components* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC control systems and drives* Troubleshooting and repairing web handling systems* Performing preventive maintenance tasks* Installing and upgrading equipmentYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:* Possess a High School diploma or GED (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a private, public, government, or military environment, OR a two (2) year technical degree in a maintenance field (completed and verified prior to start)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* Five or more years industrial maintenance experience* Technical degree in industrial maintenance, industrial electronics or mechatronics (completed and verified prior to start)This position requires working a 12-hours rotating day/night scheduleTravel: NoneRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life
