Maintenance Engineer

Adams and Associates, Inc.

This is a Contract position in Oak Park Heights, MN posted November 28, 2021.

Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of Center facility, grounds and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred.

Minimum 5 years experience in building maintenance required with knowledge of local building codes, carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, boilers and other building systems.

Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.

Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching.

Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and / or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION: Supervises maintenance staff in the absence of the Facility Manager/Supervisor.

May provide supervision and training to Job Corps’ Work-Based Learning students and leisure time student workers.
