– The primary purpose of the job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current existing Federal, State and Local Standards, as well as our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Job Summary: Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area.

Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.

Follows posted cleaning schedule with utilization of proper sanitation and cleaning methods Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the apperance of maintencance work areas.

Lift up to 50lbs Able to stand for long period of time Team player Maintain regular attendance as necessary and essential to job function Qualifications: Ability to read, speak and understand English Ability to follow and complete directions and tasks in a timely manner Ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance Ability to minimize waste of supplies, misuse of equipment., etc.

Shift: Open Availability as needed.
