Upload your Resume to Join Our Team Today Job Summary We have an immediate opening for a Lube Technician at our surface coal mine.

You will be responsible for inspecting, reporting defects/damage, performing maintenance and minor repairs for this type of equipment: large bulldozers (D8), graders, trackhoes, backhoes, front end loaders, dump trucks and production drill rigs.

All Lube Technicians must follow company and governmental safety guidelines at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities Follows direction and operates equipment safely and efficiently Performs pre-operation routine inspections on equipment and reports defects/damage appropriately.

Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs when necessary Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Performs work on nights/weekends as assigned Job Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Entry Level Position Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards Strong work ethic and reliable punctuality Willing to Train.

Wage depends on experience.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions and application of proper PPE.

Work involves almost constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.

Extensive physical activity.

Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds.

Conditions of Employment Hold a Valid Driver&039;s License.

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer, pre-employment physical examination, drug screen and medical history check.
