We mean it when we say we strive to be the BEST DFW technicians Job Description: Job will consist of meeting City inspectors for inspections and doing Quality Control checks on Milestone plumbing installations Minor plumbing repairs to pass city inspection Possible involvement with training of technicians Need to be able to identify improper plumbing installations and know how to explain proper corrections needed to be made Able to utilize excellent communication skills with both customers and inspectors No overtime hours You are knowledgeable in the 2015 IPC, IRC, and IFGC Qualifications: Master, Journeyman or Tradesman License with the Texas State Board of Plumbing required 1 year minimum of residential plumbing experience required Clean driving record and current valid drivers license Ability to pass a drug test and background check required Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent work ethic and leadership skills Works well in team environment Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and move items of 150 pounds and/or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods Must be able to work in cramped or high places Must be able to carry heavy items up and down stairs Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow or sleet Benefits and Perks: Competitive hourly pay Company Transit car full equipped (we pay fuel, tolls, vehicle maintenance & repairs) Medical, Dental, Vision for team members and their families Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off $25 per month CrossFit Membership Work life balance Room for advancement, continuing education, and low turnover
