Landscape Technician

Landscape TechnicianHoffman Development is seeking a Landscape Technician to assist with landscape projects.

There will be overtime hours available in this position with a Monday through Friday schedule.All aspects of greenhouse work: potting, watering, transplanting and plant maintenanceLandscape work: soil modification, tilling, planting flowers, trees and shrubs, mulching, pruning, watering, clean up, weeding and deadheadingLawn care: mowing, trimming, string trimming, blowing debris and using all turf related equipmentWork independently and with fellow staff members in maintaining Hoffman propertiesRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of age.Previous landscaping experience is required.

Irrigation experience is preferred.Some experience operating heavy equipment, loader and landscape equipment.Valid NY State driver’s license without restrictions or limitations.Work in all weather conditions.Able to lift 50 lbs.

from ground to 4 ft.; stoop and lift 30 lbs.

from ground to overhead; bend, reach, lift, climb ladders.Benefits:Monday
