Laboratory Technician

Equivalent Experience We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our Microbiology department Responsibilities: Pipetting, labeling specimens, building loads, aliquoting and specimen tracking Receive and sort clinical lab specimens Prepare specimens for testing and analysis Scan and/or data entry of specimen and patient information Ensure all lab equipment is working properly and perform minor instrumentation maintenance Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology or a related science Previous clinical laboratory testing experience Additional Information: Shift is Tuesday through Saturday from 6pm
