Job Description:
The Laboratory Technician will perform routine technical tasks and specimen collections.

Their duties include setting up laboratories for conducting specimen collections, testing, and result reporting.

e7 Health will pay the cost for your laboratory technician license.

Job Duties:
Providing exceptional customer/patient care
Performing routine laboratory functions and testing (will include COVID-19 collections)
Setting up, testing, adjusting, and maintaining laboratory equipment
Recording, analyzing, and sending results
Collecting and preparing samples, solutions, cultures, and specimens and ensuring safe disposals of waste
Enforcing strict health and safety regulations
Assisting with the management of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Scheduling of patients for all e7 Health locations
Skills / Requirements
Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Superior customer service skills and the ability to adapt to different personality types
Able to maintain professionalism and customer focus in a stressful and fast-paced environment
Able to multitask while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures
Able to receive and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback
