The lab tech works in the Lab Analyst role and is responsible for generating routine analytical information according to a documented sample plan in the assigned manufacturing laboratory. Analysts are required to work 12 hour alternating shifts. The employee must be capable of climbing stairs, lifting light loads and standing for extended periods. All employees are expected to comply with all department policies.Duties include but are not limited to the following:+ Follow procedures related to EH and to the Analytical Work Process.+ Adhere to good laboratory practices.+ Perform routine analyses according to documented procedures.+ Evaluate correctness of data.+ Document and communicate laboratory results.This position requires precise documentation and record keeping in accordance with ISO, Food Safety, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) quality systems.
