We custom design and manufacture interior and exterior decorative fiberglass reinforced polymer (FTP) ornamentation for the restoration, reproduction and new construction industries.AFI is looking to hire Janitor/Maintenance Employee to help our business continue to grow.

This candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate with professionalism.This is a unique position that requires NO EXPERIENCE.

WE WILL TRAIN ALL ASPECTS OF THIS JOB.

All that is needed to become an AFI employee is the willingness to learn and the desire to put forth your best efforts.This work involves cleaning, sweeping and washing the plant floor daily.Employees will dust the equipment, completed products and work tables as needed.It will also involve changing air filters, clean out dust bins as required, clean bathrooms and locker rooms, and empty trash containers.This employee will also dust, vacuum the offices and clean office bathrooms.Some light electrical work, some painting, light carpentry, unclogging toilets as well as some ground maintenance.Employees will be responsible for cleaning his/her area after use and general housekeeping plus any other duties that the Supervisor may request.AFI pays competitive wages and offers paid vacation, holidays, bonuses, 50% paid medical insurance, bereavement pay, 401K retirement fund with company match, on-site training and annual employee appreciation events.Come be a part of the AFI team and live a rewarding life.
