Systems Technician Position

Systems Technician
You will be working for Stimulus Technologies in Henderson, NV as a Systems Technician.
Stimulus Technologies is a turn-key technology company offering a range of services including Managed IT services.
Requirements
Stimulus Technologies performs a pre-employment and random background checks, and illicit drug, alcohol and cannabis tests.
Due to the nature of this position, you will be required to submit to and pass the required testing.
COVID-19 Notice
Stimulus Technologies primarily provides remote work opportunities to its employees.
Currently, this position is a hybrid position, that offers work-from-home, in-office work as necessary, and client site visits.
Stimulus provides the necessary PPE to keep its employees safe and healthy.
As a government contractor, employees of Stimulus Technologies will be required to be vaccinated.

Necessary Skills
Phone etiquette & calm demeanor
Customer desktop maintenance
Build, fix and maintain computer hardware
Customer software system maintenance
Customer networks, including switches, routers, and firewalls
Customer facing services
Workstation support
Software support
Windows Server support
Cloud services support (Microsoft 365)
Peripheral support
Communicate effectively with clients in non-technical terms
Work independently on projects with clients
Have fun in a casual work environment
Education
Although not required, any certifications, such as A+, Network+, college degrees and/or applicable experience is a plus.
