IT Help Desk Technician
This is a unique position working alongside a tight knit team. Our client is dedicated to helping the members of their team, and allowing them to grow and develop within their organization.
As the IT Help Desk Technician you will play an important part within our client’s IT department. This will involve assisting in a variety of IT functions, including working with end users, and assisting with special projects.
Specific duties for the IT Help Desk Technician include:
- Support end-users across multiple sites
- Communication via phone, email, instant messaging with internal/external customers to address, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues
- Be able to work through a variety of projects with varying complexity
- Test and deploy patches
- Managing Windows OS, remote management tools, creating scripts and batch files
- Administer the organizations Workstation Environment
Preferred Qualifications for the IT Help Desk Technician:
- Associates degree in related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Onboarding
- Software/Hardware Troubleshooting
- IT Certifications i.e. A+, Network+, etc.
