The purpose of this position is to ensure that all stores of an assigned region are operating at a highly functional rate.
The individual in this role understands that field operations is vital to the company’s success and, subsequently, provides excellent service to all stores to deliver quality service with a professional approach.
This role contributes to the strategic vision of the organization by supporting key execution of tactical efforts as directed from management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Manage and maintain the operational efficiencies of all IT equipment and processes at all locations
· Ensure that IT equipment at all locations is properly maintained to benefit from the longest life cycle possible
· Possess a general understanding of installation and configuration of network equipment along with network cable testing
· Diagnostic and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
· Demonstrated communication and customer service skills
· Good organizational skills to perform inventory checks, scheduling of store walk-throughs, and other impromptu projects that may be assigned
· Communicate effectively in a friendly and respectful manner with everyone to maintain the vision of the company’s goal of being a service-oriented department to the organization
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience:
· High school or equivalent
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus
· Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
· Proven ability to work independently with little supervision
Physical Requirements
· Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs of equipment
· Stooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties.

· Reliable access to a vehicle
