• $2,000 after initial training is completed and passed
• $1,000 after completion of six months of service o Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions
• $2,000 after completion of one year of service o Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions Installation Technicians make up to $39,494 a year with a raise every 6 months until you reach top pay of $55,588 and then every year thereafter.
