HVAC Test Adjust Balance (TAB) Technician

Journeyman wage is $30.26 an hour depending on experience & location.

– Full-Time/40 Hrs

TOTAL Wage Package = $62.12 Hr

Experience: Journeyman or Entry Level Technician (depending on held/desired certifications)

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Perform TAB services for air and hydronic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in new construction and renovation projects
Test and balance HVAC systems using established NEBB procedures with company provided testing equipment
Document all test results with true and accurate methods using company documentation procedures
Communicate any deficiencies or recommendations to supervisor and client continuously throughout the project
Coordinate closely with other construction trades such as electrical, mechanical, control contractor, and design team
Uphold the company’s values and always exhibit a strong work ethic
Follow all company, jobsite, and OSHA safety policies and practices
Continually improve and develop technical skills to better serve our clients
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year HVAC experience.
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Social Security Number
TABB, NEBB and/or AABC certifications not required but highly desired!!
Main work locations: Throughout MA, ME, NH & RI.
