Houseman – Groundskeeper

EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT is currently assisting local hotels with staffing position with in the Housekeeping department.

The ideal candidates must have experience working in a hotel setting, posses a strong work ethic, and be familiar with the duties and responsibilities associates with supporting a 5 Star hotel.

Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment Great customer service COVID-19 Job Requirements: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operate powered grounds maintenance equipment Prepare for monthly landscaping grounds Perform routine grounds maintenance work Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment Used for grounds maintenance activities Maintain all grounds in accordance with the grounds keeping schedule Maintain the grounds throughout campus Complete scheduled maintenance on all grounds equipment Ensuring the upkeep of community grounds Clean up, mowing lawns and keeping grounds Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds equipment Perform maintenance of grounds as part of daily routine which includes, trash removal and grounds maintenance Maintain the buildings and grounds Perform grounds and parking lot maintenance, landscaping and snow removal Collect trash, and other grounds maintenance clean-up duties Maintain grounds and remove litter
