Job Responsibilities: 1.

Perform mechanical trouble shooting and repair with the limited assistance and/or supervision.

2.

Perform varying degrees or repairs and maintenance.

3 Assist in the installation of new equipment and making modifications when necessary.

4.

Participate in Emergency Response Team.

5.

Job duties not limited to shop work only.

Will need to maintain an 85%-95% work order/preventive maintenance completion rate depending on workload.

6.

Follow all company rules for food safety and employee safety.

Minimum Qualifications: 1.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

2.

Follow verbal and written instructions.

3.

Climb a ladder and work safely in high places.

4.

Lift and move heavy objects.

5.

Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment systems.

6.

Good mechanical aptitude.

7.

The ability to work well Team Members or independent.

8.

The desire to further themselves in the Maintenance Department.

9.

Ability to lift 75 pounds.

10.

Ability to work in cold, wet, humid environment and work in heights and confined spaces.

11.

Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 38-50 degrees or 60-90 degrees depending on the department.
