DUTIES
Provide technical assistance to staff.
Resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations with optimal performance and security, and providing administrative support.
Responsible for controlling and monitoring inventory or supplies and equipment.
Provide billing support for software and hardware.
Coordinate with vendors for the maintenance of LIRS computer systems and equipment.
Participate in projects to improve the efficiency of the IT department.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Provide IT support to agency staff and affiliates.
Ensure prompt response and closure of IT issues.
Consulting with other departments as required.
Documenting processes.
Help with IT purchasing and billing.
Assist with vendor management
– Managed Service Provider, Phone, Software, and Hardware
Updating computer software, as well as hardware and systems.
Installing and building client workstations, including troubleshooting.
Provide technical support on-site or via remote systems
Tracking and managing work.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal skills, attendance record, and the ability to work independently.
Attention to detail; excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects and manage multiple deadlines; commitment to transparency; ability to generate timely and detailed documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with and commitment to working in a very diverse workforce.
Creativity to try new ideas and initiative to execute projects with minimal supervision.
SharePoint Administration Skills:
Experience with help desk software.
JIRA knowledge is desirable.
Proficiency with SharePoint Online
Proficiency with Active Directory
Experience with One Login desirable

Pay: $50,000.00
– $65,000.00 per year
