Handyman / General Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

– Assemble, repair and relocate furniture

– TV Mounting, wall-decor hanging and wall-paper application

– Patch work, paint work, window repairs, etc.

– Maintain buildings appearance by collecting trash receptacles around the property

– Change air filters on a monthly basis

– Assist with the facilitation of repairs of air conditioning and heating systems

– Small appliance exchanges/ installation

– Assist with supply of deliveries and relocation of items

– External building camera installation

– Curtain installation

– Door handle/ door repairs

– Electrical repairs (light knowledge, when needed)

– Restocking supply hub with deliveries or pick-up of merchandise

– Assisting the cleaning department when moving of heavy items is needed

Pay: $18.00
– $20.00 per hour
