Food Production Technician

This is a Full-time position in Sidney, OH posted April 23, 2021.

Sidney area manufacturer has immediate openings for experienced Production associates.

This is a fulltime, temp to hire position with an organization offering excellent job security, benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Pay Rate:  1st shift $16.00

                           2nd shift $17.50

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operating Cardboard machine and conveyors
  • Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
  • Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
  • Packaging food product into boxes
  • Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
  • Follows all company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Ability to be on feet up to 10 hours during a shift
  • Ability to work 5 10-hour days and overtime as required
  • Ability to lift to 50lbs as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Repetitive twisting, bending, and lifting
  • Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
  • Must work well in team environment
