Our client in Kennesaw, GA is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician that is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as well as our fleet of installation vehicles to ensure optimal operating results.
Required: Maintenance experience of 3 years Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems Experience inspecting and repairing air compressor equipment Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices Proven electrical and wiring experience Strong organizational and follow up skills Strong attention to detail including in written format Strong time management skill Term of assignment: 6 month temp to perm Our client is looking to fill the Facilities Maintenance Technician position ASAP.
