Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems associated with Computers and telecommunication systems and related equipment.

Installing hardware equipment and software applications.

Training users in the effective use of applications as appropriate.

Resolving problems with hardware, software, security and access controls, and systems issues escalates issues to specialized or higher-level staff andor vendor for resolution as appropriate.
