Essential Duties and Abilities: Perform general cleaning and housekeeping within the building Clean rooms, furniture, and equipment, sweep, mop and wax floors Vacuum, dust furniture, equipment and fixtures Wash windows, wash and disinfect bathroom, stock paper and soap dispensers Replace light bulbs and fixtures, collect and dispose of trash Maintain grounds, remove trash and debris from ground During winter clean snow from entrances and sidewalks Deliver and pick up materials when required Minor facility maintenance such as painting Some maintenance experience preferred Shift Available: Monday through Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm The pay is up to $17.00 an hour Job Requirements: Local manufacturing company is looking for a maintenance helper.
