CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services.  CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota – Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. Responsibilities

10K Incentive pay out for Rad. Tech Positions !

*40 hour diagnostic / 32 hour CT position

 

Expectations: 

  • Successfully performs clinical procedures
  • Follows established radiation safety protocols for patients and staff
  • Manages the routine use and the QC requirements of Radiology equipment
  • Provides appropriate patient care for all Radiology patient needs
  • Assist Radiologist during interventional procedures which include biopsies, drainages, aspiration, cryoablation, microwave ablation therapy, radiofrequency ablations. Set up sterile trays
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required Education: Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology

Required Licenses and Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support Certification (CPR- Healthcare Provider) within 480 hours of employment and meets re-certification as required.
  • Registered Technologist (or registry eligible graduate) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.  Must achieve registration within six months of graduation or hire date.
  • Licensed by the NDMIRT Board to practice Radiography in North Dakota
  • CT Certification or must achieve CT certification within 1 year after completion of Orientation.

 

Preferred experience: Prefer 1 year of clinic or hospital experience however we encourage new grads to apply!

 

SCHEDULE: Sunday – Saturday with Rotating weekends
