They engineer, deploy and manage mission-critical solutions for government, including homeland security, criminal justice, defense and civilian agencies within the U.S.
Federal Government and at state and local levels.nn nn Responsibilities: nn Moves, adds, and changes, updates to phones Set up Daily Maintenance Routines Log in and configure CSIK’s Utilize existing blue technologies knowledge to assist with migration to red’s Interface with SSA customers nn Requirements: nn Strong knowledge with at least 3 years of experience logging and configuring CSIK’s VoIP experience Experience with 2 or more of the following: NRS 7.6, Signaling Servers, Media Gateway Controllers, Media Gateway Cabinets and Expansion Cabinets, Telephony Manager (TM), Element Manager (EM), Unified Communications Manager (UCM), Ability to obtain SSA Suitability Clearance, active Suitability clearance highly preferable Past experience with customer facing interactions Handles high pressure customer interactions nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nnEEO Employernn nnApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
