Responsibilities for the role of Computer Repair Technician:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, and tablets to factory specifications
• Identifies and procures the hardware and software needed to satisfy repairs
• Ensure all repairs meet or exceed our quality standards.
1st Shift Monday thru Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm
Resume prior to interview.
Requirements for the role of Computer Repair Technician:
Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic stills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Good hand/eye coordination to handle tools and manipulate small parts
Able to type, use a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Work well in a team environment
Outstanding customer service skills (1+ years preferred)
