Cleaning Technician

Job Description We are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform moderately heavy cleaning duties such as Vacuuming and mopping floors Perform routine maintenance tasks such as trash removal, dusting wiping, sanitizing, vacuuming and mopping Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Must have reliable transportation although applicant will not be required to travel more than 15/20 miles to assigned location. Must be available at least one of 2 weekend days and evenings from 6-10 pm. Some schedules may start a little earlier or end a little later than 6-10 pm, but only if convenient for the employee. Weekend shifts/ tasks usually, but not always are scheduled early am until noon or no later than 3pm, depending on the assignment. We also have locations in Ocean township and all applicants SHOULD BE WITHIN 20 MILES OF EITHER OCEAN TOWNSHIP OR TOMS RIVER AREAS.
