Calibration Technician

This is a Full-time position in Saddle Brook, NJ posted January 15, 2022.
* Calibrate wire and thermocouples to meet industry standards across all applicable temperature ranges
* Correctly interpret data and make decisions based on that data
* Prepare ISO IEC/17025 calibration certificates
* Operate lab equipment in a safe and proper manner
* Set up test equipment and troubleshoot components
* Prepare samples for thermocouple calibration
* Prioritize work based on due dates and customer requirements
* May lead and direct the work of others
* Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures including a mastery of testing in the field of thermodynamics
* Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
* Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, some college preferred
* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Excel
* Knowledge of international standard i.e. ISO/IEC 17025 is preferred
* Ability to analyze data and make decisions
