Performs general building and grounds maintenance.This individual may work a PM shift, during afternoons and evenings, or morning shifts as well.RequirementsHigh school graduate with two years trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience.Minimum of two years experience in commercial building maintenance with expertise in one or more of the following: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.*Offers of employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation.
