Building Maintenance

Position overview:

The Building Maintenance is responsible to ensure that the building is maintained in proper working conditions. Performs general repair and maintenance such as painting, plumbing and electrical. Checks electrical systems such as A/C controls, lighting systems, and makes minor repairs and replacements. Performs work orders and repairs.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Proficient in all facets of maintenance, both interior and exterior
• Must be accomplished at drywall and stucco repairs, plus some painting.
• Replacing balance rods in windows and applying caulk
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and repairs.
• Ability to repair floor tiles
• Other maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• H.S Diploma is required
• Highly reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Strong time management
• Maintenance experience (preferably in a condo, HOA or residential setting)
