FT Maintenance Engineer for 2 Historic Apartment Communities (Lower South Hill) compensation: $17-$18/hour to start DOEemployment type: full-time Full-Time Maintenance Engineer needed for 2 historic apartment communities on lower south hill near hospitals as well as a smaller community in the University District.

Reliable transportation is required as candidate will be traveling b/w properties.

You would be part of an excellent team including maintenance and community manager.

This is a full-time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00.

Potential team member must be self-motivating with a broad range of skills to include janitorial, painting, light carpentry, cleaning, plumbing, HVAC, experience with historic buildings and boilers a plus.

Know drywall repair, grounds keeping, snow removal and have the ability to multi-task.

Applicant must be polite and have excellent customer services skills, be resourceful and have the ability to work under a deadline to achieve a goal.

$17-$18 DOE per hour, plus an excellent benefits package healthcare after 60-days, vacation/sick leave and holiday pay after 90-days and a 401(k) with a match after one year of service.
