Communicate status of repairs clearly to Body Shop Manager Complete proper documentation of all repairs performed and all materials used Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with managers and fellow employees in positive spirit of teamwork Job Requirements: Job Requirements: 2 years of high-volume auto body collision repair experience required High School diploma/GED required I-CAR certification or ASE training/certified required I-CAR welding and ASE Structural (B4) certification preferred Experience using frame and measuring equipment History of working independently and in a fast-paced team environment Ability to interpret vendor catalogs Persistent problem-solver focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Highly organized, able to handle multiple concurrent assignments Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Positive attitude and fix-it-right-the-first-time mentality Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Must be able to perform physical demands of position: stand 6-8 hours, lift up to 70 pounds, exposure to heat, noise, vibration, dust, fumes
