Assembly Technician

Schedule: M-Th, 6:00 am
– 4:30 pm
Job Summary
Responsible for assembly of irrigation product while using power and hand tools and adhering to all company, state and federal safety rules and regulations.
Responsibilities And Duties

Assembly of irrigation products before shipping
Assist with shipping and receiving of material
Perform warehouse maintenance
Packaging of material for shipping
Performs any and all other job-related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications And Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent
1
– 2 year manufacturing experience
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Verbal communication
Attention to detail

Physical Requirements

Standing – frequent to continuous
Walking – occasional to frequent
Bending/stooping – occasional
Squatting/kneeling – occasional
Gripping/manipulation – frequent
Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

on an occasional basis floor to waist

Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee operates in a moderate noise level environment.

This position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and uses standard heavy equipment and tools.
