A local company that takes vintage vehicles and makes them modern day is looking to add 4 Assembly Technicians to their team. If this sounds interesting and you meet the following requirements please call me today!

1. Light assembly work
2. Comfortable using hand power hand tools (Drills/impact drivers) and Wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.
3. Capable of using a tape measure accurately
4. Fast paced thinking
5. All metrics will be timed and measures after training (set goals)
6. People that could potentially be a segment or stage leader in the production line.
7. Solid work ethic and good attitude.

Job Requirements:

• Support sub-assembly and assembly work for prototype and validation parts
• Resolve assembly and production issues
• Suggest product and assembly line improvements
• Perform assembly functions alongside the RES assembly team
• Communicate assembly problems to engineering
• Perform pre-assembly quality check on all components
• Assist in the efficient assembly of components
• Obtain proper assembly-build requirements
• Participate in the assembly, test, and integration of initial equipment deliveries Cable assembly Electrical box assembly Rack assembly Redlining prints
• Interpret assembly blueprints or specifications manuals and plan assembly or building operations
• Perform a variety of assembly operations
• Perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings
• Use interferometer for assembly and final testing
• Adhering to the assembly budget/timing
• Provide direction to contract assembly personnel
• Perform 2nd level assembly operations
• Interpret assembly blueprints and specifications manuals
• Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers
• Audit the quality process of the system assembly and test
• Provide prototype and first article assembly of electronic assemblies
