Appliance Repair Triage Inside Technician
This key position as a leading contributor to our Appliance Repair services is for those seeking to join a performance-based organization celebrating over thirty years in business.
This office role will meet immediate triage demands for Laundry, Cooking, Refrigerator, and other home appliance types with all brands serviced..
Corporate Office Position
Pre-call and review work orders for appliance repair customers to perform triage
Diagnose needed repairs at 90% or better accuracy
Order parts and track delivery
Coordinate as needed with service manager, team leads, and technicians
Perform tech support and parts lookups for field service technicians
Work order volume will exceed 100 jobs per day
Employment is contingent on passing a third-party drug screen and criminal background investigation
Five years experience in the field as an Appliance Repair Tech is required if you have no direct experience performing Appliance Repair Triage
Work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:45-5 and may change to meet demands.
