Apartment Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician

As the Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform quality and timely minor/routine repairs and maintenance in units and throughout property in a safe manner. You will be expected to complete items on Service Requests for units and property, items listed on Make-Ready Checklist and grounds keeping duties, as well as handle Emergency After Hour Calls on a rotational basis at their primary property and properties in their region within 20 miles from their primary property. You will also perform preventative maintenance in units and throughout the properties in which you work, purchasing and inventory control of supplies and parts, vendor management and repairs and maintenance for emergency situations.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:        

• At least 1 year of related experience
• High school graduate
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Competence in Internet search, math, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
