A/V Integration Technician

If you’re motivated to meaningfully evolve justice in your community, the US and the globe, you’ll find a group of like-minded individuals at For The Record.nn nn n nn nnWe are currently serving the Maricopa County courts. The A/V Integration Technician nn nn  is responsible for installation and integration of FTR products throughout our client site locations.

The Integrators must be available to work in the courtrooms in the evenings.

There may be some day time work as well, so flexibility is a must.

The ideal candidate will posses superior customer service skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

You must be a team player with a professional appearance, along with the ability to demonstrate problem solving skills with attention to detail.nn nn n nn nn Primary Role Accountabilities nn nn  nn On-site Audio-Visual configuration and setup including video conferencing and configuring commercial audio-visual equipment and systems i.e.

digital audio (Biamp/BSS), control (Crestron/AMX), video routing & image processing Systems Commissioning: testing, verifying and adjusting audio and visual signal levels. Confirming all terminations are properly made and meet specifications Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documents Install and configure software as required Provide regular progress updates for current and outstanding incidents or project tasks Maintain schedule set by Technical Lead to complete installs on time for go-live Systematically troubleshoot and offer solutions for audio systems nn n nn nn Role Challenges and Special Working Conditions nn nn n nn Work will typically begin at 3 p.m.

and weekend work may be required Interstate travel will be required Must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds unassisted nn nn nn Essential work experience, qualifications and skills nn nn nn Audio, AV and/or digital audio skills Onsite, full A/V installation experience required DSP and Control system configuration a must Systems commissioning experience Experience with building racks Basic networking experience Ability to troubleshoot audio problems methodically Ability to ensure consistency of standards/procedures & promote efficiencies Outstanding commitment to customer service involving internal and external stakeholders Capability to build strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external, including vendors Ability to maintain a positive outlook and working attitude Demonstrated ability to deal with sensitive and classified data  Work site likely will require ability to navigate stairs, ladders, and confined spaces Must possess a valid driver’s license Must be able to pass a criminal background check, in accordance with local laws nn nn nnFor The Record provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
